Acumen Development Consultants have been established for over 18 years. The business started with three partners and has expanded with the recruitment of a range associates each with specialist areas of knowledge and skills in training and development .


We pride ourselves in offering development that gives managers practical tools to help solve real life challenges. We offer an extensive menu of courses, workshops and coaching programmes, ranging from presentation skills through to customer service events and executive leadership development. 


In most cases we design the interventions specifically for each customer but we also offer a wide range of off the shelf programmes for those who prefer this approach.

Our global client base has grown considerably over the years and we are now pleased to be working with a large group of both public and private organisations to help them grow their leadership capability.
