Leadership Facilitator and Coach

With over 20 years’ experience, Rob is a leadership facilitator delivering top class training and development programmes for a variety of clients.

In his time within training Rob has developed a deep understanding of people and how to gain the best results from all behavioural styles. He has been licensed with many development products such as Human Synergistics suite of products, Belbin team roles indicator, Emotional Intelligence and others. He is also qualified in level A and B with the British Psychological Society.

Often Rob’s work involves assisting with large organisational projects to encourage the board to adopt a particular leadership style and assist in the design of a culture change for the organisation. This involves Rob using a strong coaching approach to help senior managers overcome their scepticism with regards to change.
